I agree with Bullock’s review.
As too the watches, own both brands in totally need styles.
My Omega is a quarts, super thin dress watch. Needless to say it looks great, keeps perfect time and was not expensive.
It’s also not a tool watch.
My Breitling is an orange Superocean 36. It’s terrific. Great time keeper and rugged. Its orange rubber band isn’t very comfortable so I switch with Breitling nylon straps.
Since I rarely need to wear black tie anymore, I favor the Superocean.
Neither is my daily driver.

It would actually be good if you were to make a pick. More real data, i.e. from sales figures, or similar hard numbers, would go far to securing a winner. I suspect Omega, as it is a much larger company.
