I own a few Seiko Dive watches and a Rolex Deep Blue Submariner and can honestly say that
I’ve never taken the Rolex into the deep because
The Rolex has become over the years more of an investment item than a functional tool, the seiko is as or even tougher and reliable as my Deep Blue Rolex. I love them both but the seiko
Is always going on my adventures with me.

I don’t know the future, but maybe the year 2025 might be the year that seiko and Casio create and/or invent some new watch designs and shapes for their watch dials and cases.maybe everyone and every company might come up with something totally new and fascinating in the horological watch world.

The watch industry seems to have stalled with no new developments popping out of the labs. Limited editions? Sure? Reissues of classics ? Sure. We deserve something actually new, not a reissue.
