I was waiting for a sub to come into my AD. The manager called me less than a year ago and said your watch came. Over the last eleven months the watch hasn’t talked to me like my GMTs over the year. I’m now waiting for a GMT to show up at the AD. Then I’ll sell the sun to pay for the GMT. I have been wearing GMTs since 1967. Honestly, I have not seen a difference between the 316 steel and the 904L.
You have to admit, Rolex are masters at marketing. If you look at the millions of Rolex sport watches. None of the watches had to be returned because of corrosion.
